Proof of Vaccination Update for New Year
Submitted By Andrea Carson-Pedri on Wednesday, December 29, 2021
On Friday December 10th, 2021, the Government of Ontario made an announcement with updates relevant to settings where proof of vaccination is required. Beginning December 20th, 2021, proof of full vaccination (plus 14 days) is required for all youth aged 12-17 years participating in organized sports at recreational facilities.

Effective January 4th, 2022, enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code is required for anyone entering the facility, this can be digitally or by printing a paper copy. For more information, visit the links below.
We ask families to please check websites of the centres they are visiting for updated COVICD-19 protocols.  As each venue may vary all centres have been asked to provide updates on their association websites.
