2020/2021 Programming update as of
September 10, 2020
We know everyone is anxiously awaiting the
return to hockey and appreciate your patience while we plan for the season. Our
number one priority is providing programming that is safe for our players, families
and our community. Working with our partners and following all guidelines poses
many challenges but we will continue to work diligently to accomplish this. Here is the latest update with where we are in the process of getting things up and running.
We are continuing to work with the CDRC regarding dates and fees for ice for the season as well as procedures and protocols with regards to COVID measures. A follow up meeting has been scheduled with the CDRC where ice fees, dates and a draft of these policies will be provided to SMHA. This information is needed before we can finalize our programming for the season.
Survey results have been collected and recorded and the results are posted below. A big thank you to the members that submitted surveys we had a total of 140 players respond. The information will help us tailor our programming to include what our members want.
