2020-2021 Membership Survey
As we try to plan for the upcoming season we are asking families to take a few moments to fill out a 2020-2021 Membership Survey. This will give SMHA a better idea of how many families are intending to take part under the current restrictions. Please know when you fill out the form you are not committing to participate you are just giving SMHA a sense of interest for our fall programming.
The survey can be found on the home screen of this website, click the 2020-2021 Membership Information Tab at top of screen.
While answering the survey questions please do so under the assumption that the current target for membership is $479 per player at every age division.
