2018-2019 Survey
Submitted By Andrea Carson-Pedri on Tuesday, April 16, 2019
Parents, please take a few minutes to complete our year end survey highlighting your hockey experience over this past season.

This important information helps SMHA recognize our successes, as well as, considerations in things we may need to change.  It only takes 2 minutes and provides very useful feedback as we move forward into the 2019-2020 season.
