Requests for PTS and NRP's are now being accepted!

Requests for PTS and NRP's are now being accepted!

PTS
All players planning to attend AAA tryouts must request a permission to skate (PTS). All PTS requests must be made no later then Friday April 12, 2019. Please email your request to our OMHA Director and include: 
Players full name 
Date of birth

NRP
Players Peewee age and above looking to attend a AA or A tryout must request a non-resident passport (NPR). Please email your requests ASAP to our OMHA Director and include:
Players full name
Date of Birth 
Centre where you are attending tryouts

Please Note: 
You can only be issued 1 NRP (ie you may have one for a AA tryout OR a A tryout, not both)

NRP's MUST be picked up in person at one of the scheduled pick up times. (Pick up dates and times TBD)
