ATOM REP CHAMPIONS
Submitted By Andrea Carson-Pedri on Monday, March 25, 2019
Atom Rep takes gold in GBMHL "B" pool this weekend.

This team showed depth and determination right from the start.  With strong leadership from Coach Chris and his crew the team was destined to be strong.  They finished the season with 35 wins including; a tournament finals, a tournament title, semi finals in OMHA playdowns and a league championship win this weekend.

With a few hiccups along the way this team showed how to beat the odds and play as a cohesive unit.  The entire group of coaches, players and parents came together as a family and supported each other.  As Coach Chris had to take time away to fight his unexpected battle with leukemia, Coach Mike stepped up without missing a beat and the kids played their hearts out.  Every moment for those two months weather it be a practice or a game was dedicated to making coach Chris proud and putting a little smile on his face.

The playoffs proved to be the players most shining moments.  Having both coach Chris and Mike together gave them the drive to go far and that they did.   What a great season, with fantastic memories!

Thank you Coach Chris, Coach Mike, Trainers Cliff, Dan and Rudy, Manager Lynn and Parent Rep Angela, your leadership and dedication was truly appreciated.

CONGRATULATIONS ATOM REP ON A VERY SUCCESSFUL SEASON!!
