Introducing SMHA Coaches for 2018-2019
SMHA would like to
extend a special thank you to all coaching applicants this year as we
appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedules to partake in the interview process. Our Coach Selection Process includes three important aspects; interviews conducted by our Coach Selection Committee, Survey Results and Feedback from our SMHA families, and approval of all recommended candidates via SMHA board vote.

All selected coaches will be required to submit a criminal background and vulnerable sector check prior to the start of the season. Additional bench staff will not be named until after tryouts, team selections (and equalization for LL teams). Additionally, any team's bench staff are subject to board approval as well as a criminal background and vulnerable sector check.
