Registration will take place at 6:30-8:00 pm at the CDRC on Wednesday August 17th.
Registration is on a first-in basis and space may be limited. Registration forms can be found on our web site (See "Forms" far right). It will save time if you print and complete this before you arrive. Registration payments can be made by:
o cheque post-dated to August 31st, 2016
o with cash or
o via credit card. Note that a 3% transaction fee is added to all credit card payments.
Late fees apply after August 31st.
A mandatory fundraising fee of $200 supporting our much needed Cash Calendar campaign is due at the time of registration. Fundraising cheques can be post-dated to November 30th, 2016. Each family (regardless of number of players) are issued 10 daily-draw cash calendars valued at $20 each during the month of October. These calendars can be sold prior to November 30th allowing for full recovery of this fee in advance of payment.
