Wolves VS. Hawks
That was an interesting drive to and from the arena this evening but the weather didn't stop the Atom LL wolf pack from showing up ready to play. It was an exciting game of end to end hockey. Credit to the Osprey Hawks that also proved they came out to play. It was a great game played by both teams with zero penalties.
The bench staff would like to congratulate LUCAS CARSON-PEDRI on being player of the game. Lucas had to face some tough shots right from the start but he stayed focused and got the job done. Lucas came up big and kept the team in the game even in the final minutes of play. Way to go Lucas on a job well done!!
Honourable mentions tonight are Brooke Cunnington for coming to the rescue of her goalie and using her net minding skills as Lucas was pushed out from the net, Matty Herring for taking a puck to the head in the first period but getting right back out there and creating chances, and to Tristan Park and Hunter Lester each for finding the back of the net 2 times tonight. Another great game tonight wolves!!
