Welcome Back!
It was great to see the players out on the ice (and Coach Tony too!). Apparently the shoulder check he tried to demonstrate loosened up his back;-} A huge thank-you to Kurtis, Mike and Rudy who have agreed to help out on the bench this year. Don't forget to sign up for notifications (bottom left hand side of the home page of the SMHA website). We practice again next Thursday at 8pm in Shelburne. Rudy is arranging a time for dryland training.
