SMHA Early Bird Registration, Calendar (Shelburne Minor Hockey)

Come join us on Tuesday May 16 from 6-7pm to take advantage of "Early Bird Registration Rates" for the 2017-18 SMHA Hockey Season. 

This year we are also pleased to announce a 3 payment plan option:
Payment 1 - June 15 (postdated cheque)
Payment 2 - July 15 (postdated cheque)
Payment 3 - August 15 (postdated cheque)
*** Please note the Early Bird Registration Rebate does not apply to the '3 Payment' option ***

All Registration Fees MUST be paid in full by August 15, 2017 of the current year.  A late payment fee of $75.00 will apply to returning members paying after August 15th.
