HTI (The Hockey Training Institute) is a Residential Hockey Academy that provides elite level training for aspiring young athletes from around the world.
The
HTI "Winter Break Camp" is open for players (co-ed) born between 2003 and 2008 and will be held at the HTI Facility in Mulmur, ON as well as the CDRC from December 26-30, 2016.
SMHA Players will receive a discount of $150/player upon registration.
Camps Include:
On-ice training daily (plus additional sessions for goalies and shooters)
Accommodations and meals (overnight programs)
Jerseys, socks and apparel
Transportation to group events
Professional instructors with Pro, NCAA and Junior level playing experience
Group outings
Training Outline:
Elite on-ice skill development (power skating, stick handling skills and position specific drills)
Intense off-ice training program (strength and conditioning, agility, and shooting instruction)

16:00 - 17:00 - Off Ice Practice (hockey specific, team games)

18:20 - 19:00 - Break
19:00 - 19:30 - Video Analysis/Tactics
20:00 - 21:30 - Free Time
21:30 - Curfew
